FAQ:
1. Can I Change My Order or Cancel It?
Our organization will allows you to cancel your order within 6 hours after placement of order; but, once your item has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. We will have a great deal of difficulty intercepting the express delivery in the middle and we will also be responsible for the freight loss. If you would want to cancel your order and your item has not yet been shipped, please send a detailed email to customercare@greaterrange.com.
2. What Can I Do If Some Items Are Missing From My Order?
On rare occasions, an item may be missed during packaging. Parcel damaged or items removed:
The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out. If you have checked, there is still something missing. Please take a photo what you received and send us at at customercare@greaterrange.com. We will check the case and send you missing items of Package through express delivery.
3. I Received the Wrong Item—What Should I Do?
Please tell us the order number and detailed information received, and contact us a customercare@greaterrange.com, our customer service team will reply to you within 24 hours. Once the customer service confirms that an item is incorrect, we will refund you or send another item (if applicable and available).
Greaterrange will determine whether you need to return the wrong product and will compensate for a return shipping fee.
4. How Can the Delivery Address Be Changed?
Once you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately, because once it is sent out, we will not be able to change the address, nor can we send you another package for free. Contact customer service immediately (or send an email to customercare@greaterrange.com)!
5. What’s the status of my order?
You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse processing: you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website on which you can trace your order at. Tracking information is also available on your Order Details page. If you’re concerning your order status, please visit https://www.17track.net/en to track it online.
6. How we can proceed return?
We have 30 days return policy, if you receive incorrect / wrong / damage / out of order, item or the product that is not according to description, you can apply for refund in this case we will offer you return label to return item.
In case product is correct and has no fault and customer want to return item, in this case customer will be liable for rerun shipping cost. If we receive product in original packaging and in good condition then we will offer full refund otherwise we will decide partial refund.
You can check the shipping status on the “Tracking order” page: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, the tracking number is also provided on your order details page.
Note: If you can’t find any information, it may be due to some special reasons that you have changed your tracking number. Please contact customer service, email customercare@greaterrange.com to get the latest order information!
6. How soon will my order arrive?
This depends on where you are located. The shipping time to the US is about 3-5 business days with one day handling time.
7. Is free shipping option available?
Yes off course we offer free shipping inside USA.
8. What is your operational hours?
We’re open Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:30pm, Saturday, 10am-4pm.
