We have 30 days return policy, if you receive incorrect / wrong / damage, please send us the photos of the product you received in package. In case you receive out or order item send a video of faults to us at customercare@gogreaterrange.com. After analyzing the case we will issue you refund within 48 hours and send you confirmation email about refund.
In case product is correct and has no fault and customer want to return item due to personal reasons, in this case customer will be liable for rerun shipping cost. If we receive product in original packaging and in good condition then we will offer full refund otherwise we will issue partial refund based on the condition of product.
Note: Return address: Please consult us (customercare@gogreaterrange.com) for the return address before returning the goods, otherwise the return will not be supported.
Warranty Claim Policy: The products that carry warranty on technical faults come under warranty claim. In this case customer will record a video of technical faults and send us on technicalsupport@greaterrange.com. Our technical team will check it and confirmation email related to replacement will be sent to you with three days.
Out of stock
If the goods you have purchased cannot be shipped due to a lack of stock, we will contact you via email. We will provide you with the option of refunding or waiting for inventory.
Stripe issues
If your stripe account name and address do not match your order name and shipping address, we will send you verification information via email. If you do not reply to us within three working days, we will automatically refund the order.
Remote areas
Due to some remote areas and military locations, we are unable to ship and deliver. We will communicate with you by email as soon as possible, and we will provide you with a refund.
NOTE:
We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Remember, your bank or Credit Card Company may also take 3-5 business days to process and mail the refund.
